Mitchell Glass Achieves Investors In People Silver Accreditation

R Mitchell (Glass) Ltd, acclaimed home improvement company established in 1875, has today achieved the prestigious Investors in People Silver Accreditation from Assessor, Gail Logan.

Mitchell Glass is a long-established name in the Scottish Borders employing twenty-six employees and also numerous subcontractors from their showroom and premises in Currie Road in Galashiels.  Run by husband and wife team Peter and Susan Roden since 1993, their son stepped into the position of Managing Director in February 2019 and one year on has received very positive feedback during the Investor in People Assessment for the changes he is implementing with good vision for the future.

For nearly thirty years Investors in People has been recognised internationally as a leading people accreditation. Mitchell Glass achieving this award is a terrific achievement, demonstrating its commitment to its people.
